Weapon is an action Tamil movie created in 2024 by the extremely talented Guhan Senniappan and produced by M.S. Manzoor under Million Studio.

The story narrates that of an environment-friendly YouTube personality, Agni, who is desperately looking for a superman (Mithran) to shoot for his channel as content. But the journey is not so smooth sailing, and it may not be just him who is searching for Mithran.
The movie was confirmed in October 2022, with an announcement of the title too. In the following month, they did the principal photography. It was mainly shot in Chennai and then wrapped in late September 2023. The songs are composed by Ghibran, whereas the editing and cinematography were done by Prabhu Raghav and Gopi Krishnan, respectively.
Critics gave the Weapon movie mixed reviews when it came out on June 7, 2024.

Hotspot is a Tamil anthology film of 2024 that Vignesh Karthick directed. The cast includes:

Saala is a really exciting action Tamil movie showing how two rival gangs are at war over a particular bar named Parvathi located in Royapuram. It has been closed for the last 20 years because of gang war issues.
They both want the tender and restore the bar to its glory. On the other hand, Punitha, a school teacher, is socially conscious and wants the bar shut down forever. This forms a three-way conflict, making the story full of exciting twists and surprises.
Manipaul SD directs this Tamil movie. The stars of the film include Dheeran Shree Natraj and Reshma Venkatesh in the lead roles. Theeson creates the music for the movie.
T G Vishwa Prasad produces the film under the People Media Factory banner. The movie Saala debuted on August 23, 2024, in cinemas.
